Wuxi Chenhwat Almatech Co., Ltd. is a wheel manufacturing company which produces aluminum alloy wheels with chrome plated finishing wheels through 7 layers processing using the standard technology from America. We have several worldwide brands i.e. Panther, Akuza, Devino, Incubus, Martin Bros, Menzari, Rich Evans and Nascar. Our company produces wheels from size 13" up to 28" with yearly production capacity of 600,000 pieces chrome wheels and established 150,000 meter squares' facilities as follows: - New Design Workshop Design and produce new molds. Produce 30 new molds for new designs per month. - Quality Standard Our quality control department's main task is to check all the new molds and new designs according to quality control requirements before going to the production floor. We have had JWL -VIA Japanese, TUV German and SFI American standards for all our wheels with 90"/ 13"/ 30" impact testing, cornering testing and ISO9011 standards since 1990. We do higher quality standard year by year. - Chrome plated production We have our own chrome plated production line using American technology and we have 2 years' quality warranty. This department can produce chrome wheels around 50,000 pieces per month from size 13" up to 28". Chenhwat Almatech Group has been operated for more than 24 years since 1984 and our products are 100% for export to almost 27 countries.
